• Free local Delivery (Under 3 miles)
• 3-5 Miles $20
• 6-10 Miles $40
• 11-20 Miles $60

Delivery Procedure

• 10:00am-6:00pm Monday - Friday (Saturday upon request)
• (1) Driver per delivery
• Loading and unloading merchandise provided assistance if needed
• Placing merchandise within door way

If you need further assistance, JV can provide another associate at a cost of $40.

If you will not be available for your scheduled delivery date. Please contact JV 24 hours in advance to cancel and reschedule. (3235826244) JV Custom Furniture is not responsible for "no fit" merchandise delivered, refund will not be issued for said delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Original receipt and identification are required for all returns and exchanges. Items must be in original packaging and must be made within 14 days from date of delivery. JV Furniture reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges of items that do not appear to be in brand new condition due to damage or abuse by the customer. Any defects resulting from commercial use, improper assembly or disassembly, product modification, intentional damage, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence or exposure to the elements voids this warranty. Delivery, installation and other fees for services performed are non-refundable after the service has been completed. There are no refunds or returns on special order items. All refused orders may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additional fees may apply for special circumstances.
