J V Custom Furniture understands that sometimes you need your merchandise now for that reason we offer same day delivery for most in stock items and any floor sample sale.
Some in stock merchandise may take 1-3 business days to process and have merchandise ready for pickup or delivery
For specialty custom orders please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks for merchandise to be ready for pick up or delivery
(Some merchandise may be available sooner than anticipated, JV will reach out accordingly.)
Special orders cannot be returned or exchanged. If a special order is cancelled, the customer is forfeiting their deposit and the merchandise may be placed on display as a floor sample for sale. Special orders must be picked up or delivered within 30 days of completion or the order will be cancelled and the merchandise may be placed on display as a floor sample for sale. If a special order is found to have a manufacturing defect, it will be repaired or replaced based on the manufacturers warrantee policies.
No cash refunds available on Lay-away invoices. Lay-away plans are for 3 and 6 month terms only. Extensions may be granted upon JV discretion, but they must be arranged prior to the expiration of the original plan. A lay-away cannot exceed a 6 month term. Payment in full must be made prior to the expiration of the lay-away or else invoice will be cancelled the date after the invoice expiration. For cancelled invoices store credit for monies paid will be available for an additional 90 day period. If credit is not claimed within that period the credit is voided to $0.00. If no payment is made for 90 days, all money will be forfeited by the customer. Minimum deposit to initiate a lay-away is $20.00.
All JV Exclusive Furniture products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase, except for the cushion which is warranted for 5 years, unless otherwise written on purchase invoice. Defects as used in this warranty is defined as any imperfections that may impair the use of the furniture or product for which it was intended to. This warranty is expressly limited to the replacement of defective furniture parts and/or components, subject to availability of stock. Assembly and labor is excluded. This warranty applies under conditions of normal use. It does not cover defects resulting from commercial use, improper assembly or disassembly, product modification, intentional damage, abuse, misuse, accidents, negligence or exposure to the elements. Our furniture products are not intended for outdoor use. Application of after-treatments such as spray-on fabric protectors voids this warranty. This warranty is only valid on the condition that JV Furniture can reserve the right to verify the basis of any request, and also to see the proof of purchase.
